The Rane Mojo MM8Z is a workhorse—I've used it for mobile gigs. The 4-channel layout is great for multiple decks, and the 3-band EQ is responsive. I appreciate the send/return for external effects. However, it's an older analog mixer, no USB or digital interface, so you'll need a separate sound card for digital DJing. The rack-mount form factor is sturdy but bulky. At this price, it's a solid analog mixer for purists, but don't expect modern features like built-in effects or computer connectivity.
