Our take
The TTM 57SL is a classic—I snagged a used one and it's still a beast. The built-in effects are extensive and sound great. The replaceable crossfader is smooth, and the FireWire interface works well with Serato. However, it's FireWire, not USB, so you'll need an adapter or older Mac/PC. The rack-mount design is durable but takes up space. For the price, it's a bargain for scratch DJs who want professional features. Just be ready for the outdated connection and lack of warranty.
